When it comes to the topic of sleep, it seems we can’t get enough. This workshop will look at the foundational aspects of sleep, how sleep deficiency can affect our well-being, and how we can build better sleeping habits. Our peer health educators will also explore tried and tested tips to help get your sleep back on track to foster academic success as mature/part-time students specifically within the context of the pandemic.
